We host our Daventry paint and sip nights at Viento Lounge, right in the heart of town at Bowen Square.

📅 When are The Paint Club events in Daventry?

We’re at Viento Lounge every 3rd Monday of the month, with a different painting to try each time.

🖼️ Do I need to bring any painting equipment with me?

Nope — everything’s included! 🖌️

We provide your canvas, easel, brushes, paints, water pots and step-by-step guidance. All you need to do is arrive, get settled and enjoy the evening.

⏰ How long does a paint and sip session last?

Our Daventry sessions usually last around two hours usually starting at 7pm.

During the event, your friendly artist will guide you through the painting in manageable steps, so you can relax, chat and enjoy the process. By the end, you’ll have your own finished artwork to take home. 🎨

Paint nights at Viento Lounge are always popular so spaces can fill up in advance, so it’s worth booking ahead if there’s a particular painting you’d love to do. We list events 3 months ahead :)

🧑 Do I have to be good at painting?

Absolutely not! 🙌

Our sip and paint nights are designed for beginners as well as people who simply want a creative night out. You’ll be guided step by step, and there’s no pressure to make your painting look exactly like anyone else’s.

It’s all about enjoying yourself, trying something different and leaving with something you created.

🧍 Can I come on my own or as part of a group?

Yes — both are very welcome.

Lots of people come with friends, partners or family, but you can absolutely come on your own too. Our sessions are sociable and relaxed, and painting gives everyone something easy to chat about.

🍷 Is a drink included with the ticket?

Drinks aren’t typically included in the ticket price. The “sip” in sip and paint simply means you’ll be painting in a relaxed pub, bar or café (or Lounge) setting, where you can order whatever you fancy on the night.

Some people enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail, while others prefer a soft drink, a coffee or even something to eat while they paint. You can purchase drinks and snacks directly from Viento Lounge during the session.

The Paint Club began in 2016 when John and Alice hosted their first sip and paint night at their local pub. Since then, we’ve grown into a nationwide team of over 40 artists, running creative events across the UK every month.

Our Daventry workshops at Viento Lounge have been running for a couple of years now and are a fun, friendly way to unwind, meet people and do something creative — whether you’re planning a night out, celebrating a birthday, getting together with friends or simply fancy trying something new. 🎨✨
